Very professional company and all of their employees that we came in contact with. No pressure from the sales department as we were taking quotes. Very patience while we did our research. Price quoted was 20% lower than the lowest quote. They gave an additional veterans discount. Installation was within a week and completed in one day. Installer was excellent and moved all the furniture etc. Helped us move them back into the proper place after the carpet was installed. Very professional job, excellent workmanship and very friendly.

Fair pricing, quality product, complete install including moving my furniture. My house looks beautiful!! I was scheduled for a 2 day install, but it only took one. I had two wonderful installers that completed the job in a day. They were efficient, polite, and took care handling my furniture. Job well done. From sales to install, service was exceptional. Eva was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Rochelle and her partner came out the same day to measure. They too, were great to work with. The installers arrived the morning after I submitted my final decision! Both arrived early and worked hard through completion! I thought the price was very fair, and I would most definitely hire World of Floors for future flooring projects.

After checking with a few other places, World of floors had the best prices for the carpet and padding I got, which was a better quality one. The installation was done perfectly with very friendly workers throughout the whole process. I highly recommend World of floors for your carpet needs. I would imagine the hardwood flooring would be the same.

I just had a great experience at World of Floors. I recently bought a condo and needed to buy new flooring for it. My wife and I are very happy with our experience with World of Floors. We decided on a TruCore flooring product and had it installed throughout our entire house. The store has a nice selection of products that I feel are better quality than some of the other places we looked at. The pricing was also better. We received a quote from another local store that was $5,000 more than what we paid and the product was not as nice. We worked with Emil who is very knowledgeable about the product and installation. Gabriel was the installer and he was awesome. He was an absolute perfectionist who communicated with us every step of the way. The 5 star rating is based on the fact that the people we worked with took care of our house as if it was their own and I greatly appreciate that.

I was very concerned about using this company. My husband and I waited for several years before we decided on the right company to install our wood floors. We first met with Larry and were very impressed with his professionalism. Then we talked to Kelly who scheduled the install. Once again we met someone who was very professional and concerned about our needs and what would be the best time and date for our busy schedule. However it was also the installers who made the difference. They were timely, patient, and perfectionist. My husband is a contractor so I knew he would be watching them closely he was so impressed with the work they did. World Of Floors will be my company when I get ready to do additional work. We recently decided it was time to update the bedroom flooring in our house. Reluctant to deal with the box stores, we visited World of Floors in Shelby Township. What a difference in purchasing experience! The options in the store are better, the pricing very competitive, and the service is outstanding. World of Floors has a wide range of flooring products to choose from - hardwoods, engineered wood, vinyl, carpet, and more. The team is knowledgeable about their products and helped us decide on a patterned carpet style for bedrooms. They gave us samples of different carpets we liked in the store showroom to take home to help us make our final selection. Once we decided on pattern and color and finalized measurements, World of Floors also gave us a couple of different options regarding installation to save even more money (moving furniture ourselves, removing old carpet, etc.). The staff called us to confirm our installation date and were available to answer any questions we had. The carpet installers from World of Floors are experienced professionals. They called the morning of installation to confirm their arrival time. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and did a great job. The carpet is patterned, and the rooms were large enough to require seams. I cannot find them! The new carpets look beautiful! World of Floors really helped transform our rooms, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their home flooring.
